Where is this shop based out of?

Milqtoast Comics & Mercantile is based out of Houston, Texas, a place everyone is flocking to move to for some reason.

2. Can you sign my books or does it cost extra?

We sure can at no extra charge. When you checkout let us know you'd like your stuff signed by saying YES in the box that asks if you want them signed. If you want them personalized let us know the name in that box. The artist is chained up in the back and he'll be happy to sign them for you. Anything signed personalized cannot be returned.

3. Do you accept orders outside the U.S.?

Currently, not yet. We're still working out the kinks with the shipping costs. However, you can drop us a line in the CONTACT form and we'll see what we can do for you.

4. How long will it take my order to get here?

We send orders as soon as we can after we receive the order and payment. Orders may take between 2-10 days depending on where they're going. Shipping internationally may take a week or two.

5. What is your store's return policy?

We want you to get exactly what you order so if something is damaged send it back and we'll replace it for you (pending we have additional stock) otherwise we'll cheerfully refund your money. Cheerfully.

6. How do I pay for my order, and is it secure?

Wow, you don't order online much do ya? Haha, just kidding. We accept credit, debit and PayPal of course. If it looks like a credit card we take it. And all of it is secure, I guarantee it.

Just letting you know we won't ship out the order until payment clears. Most forms of payment are instantaneous, few may take a day or two (like paying with a bank account).

7. Help! This isn't what I ordered, it's all wrong!

Please tell us your story in the contact form and we will do all we can to make it right, I promise!

8. What kind of stickers come free with my order?

Really cool screen-printed, heavy-duty, UV resistant vinyl stickers (the kind that you can stick on your car or outside and lasts a really long time) and/or hand-printed postal stickers (that also last a really long time). The more you order, the more stickers you'll get.

9. I'm a Retail Book seller. Can I order a stack of your books wholesale so I can sell them in my store?

You sure can! Please reach out to me in the CONTACT form and we'll get the ball rolling on that.

I'm not a faceless corporation with a legion of IT nerds ready to fix my site, I built this site myself, tested it to the best of my time available. If the site is not acting as it should please drop me a line and we'll get you squared away. I'm just one artist maintaining everything, so I can answer your email within a day, send you a custom invoice with precise shipping etc. International orders, same thing, REACH OUT and I got you.

11. Do you use A.I. in the creation for your art and books?

No, I do not. And neither should you.
